This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s the real stuff – the things I’ve learned (and unlearned) on the way from stressed-out to steady, distracted to focused, and frankly, from knackered to curious again.

I’m not an expert. I’m a work-in-progress with a decent wifi signal and some hard-won lessons worth sharing.
